The Karite trea, in English Sheabutter trea, originates from central Africa.
It belongs to the natural vegetation of 300 km long that runs from Mali over Burkinafaso to Ghana, Togo and Benin.
The Karite trea only grows in this area and nowhere else in the world.
It is a trea of about 15 meters in length with fruits resembling prunes, the seeds of which contain 50% fat.
The soft, green skin is eaten.
For hundreds of years the local population has been using the nourishing and healing effects of these fruits that resemble butter made by the women there.
What brought us to the question:
Why use this special butter only among the local population?
Why not to use and offer for everyone around the world?
Do they also enjoy our local products?
We are going to change something !!!!
